The hotel's decoration was lovely, with beautiful colors and comfortable seating areas throughout. It felt very inviting and cozy. The general areas were well-maintained, making it easy for us seniors to move around and relax. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was great, with ramps and elevators available to navigate the different levels. It was a relief not to have to worry about stairs or narrow hallways.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there. As a senior, sometimes it can be challenging to carry luggage or navigate certain areas on my own.

Modern, tidy rooms with a decently flowing shower. Welcoming personnel and comfy and unbeatable location in the center of town. And just next door to historical park and restaurants, national museum and the busstop

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel just 300 meters away from Phimai Historical Park. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to pick me up from the highway junction when my bus dropped me off there. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to nearby tourist attractions. The location was perfect, with the night market just a short walk away. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Phimai Paradise Boutique Hotel for my visit to Phimai. The hotel staff were efficient, professional, and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fresh white cotton linens and a good air-conditioning system. The modern decor and clean lines added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the historical park with ancient Khmer structures. the hotel provided a complementary breakfast of pork and rice soup, and had parking reserved for us. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Phimai.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Small but refreshing swimming pool, convenient location and parking, nearby pub for food and drinks.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

Excellent service, a nice size and fairly quiet room complete with fridge, kettle and separate bathroom. Good facilities. Location near restaurants, tourist attractions such as Phimai Museum, Sai Ngam and historical park. Free parking nearby provided...

The hotel's location is great being within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was well-maintained and clean upon arrival though a bit cramped. The bathroom was clean, but the shower water pressure was low. Service was friendly, though communication was difficult due to language barriers. The complimentary breakfast was sparse but satisfactory.
The hotel's parking arrangements were less than ideal, with limited spaces resulting in having to park elsewhere at times.

We spent this Thanksgiving at a hotel located near the market and historical park, which made our sightseeing enjoyable. the hotel had a nice-sized swimming pool where we could relax and refresh. we got bicycles from the hotel, which enabled us to explore the city at our leisure.
We didn't have a good experience at the hotel. Our room was noisy, and we were unable to sleep properly.

Spent a great Christmas holiday in this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with key tourist attractions and markets within walking distance. We moved around comfortably thanks to the free shuttle and the bike rentals available at the front desk. The swimming pool is the best place to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing.
The breakfast was limited, but it was compensated for by the great quality of the rice soup, in any case, we opted for American breakfast. The pillows were a bit hard for our liking, but we got used to them after a while.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the center of town and were really impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby Historical Park and the local market. The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. They even went above and beyond by picking us up from the highway junction, without any charge, when we were left by the bus. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the option to rent bicycles and the refreshing swimming pool. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
